Well I sure have been missing lately and this is one
of the reasons.

Have been preparing for the Second Saturday pastel
workshop, to be held at San Diego Museum of Fine Art
on April 11th. Feel so very fortunate especially since this
is concurrent with "Art Alive". This is a wonderful
event in it's 34th year, that utilizes florals to interpret
works of art.

The workshop will cover gestural drawing and creating
a floral pastel from life. Above is a sample.

SUMMER PASTEL CLASSES!

"PINK FIELDS" was the demo piece in illustrating washes on textured panels in an impressionistic style.
