Tomorrow is the day to hang the show at Coalesce Gallery.
The majority of the art are my pastels, yet will also
showcase a selection of collaborative glass art created
previously by myself and Nancy Arthur-McGehee. 

These pieces are unique and stunning. 
And collaborating with an artist that uses a different medium
was exciting! Makes one view creativity with different eyes.

Slinging going on from the East Coast to the West Coast . . .   what a sticky mess! Sure Kelley MacDonald will be slamming me with a jelly donut . . .  or two or three stacked oh, so high!  But wait . . . also Mary Sheehan Winn has jumped into  this ruckus . . .  and shown her sportsmanship but tossing little  munchkins into the ring last week.  What's a gal to do?  I say sit back and catch a couple of these tasty morsels flying bye. Yum!

SUMMER PASTEL CLASSES!

PINK FIELDS 12" x 9" pastel on canvas panel PRIVATE COLLECTOR I'm teaching "Introduction to Pastels" once again  at UCSD Extension this summer and will be covering  a whole array of techniques from washes, to layering  and strokes and in various genres.
