So I'm still playing here with my buddy Nancy. We created
Starfish + Kelp which is one of the few remaining pieces
from our former exhibit.

She etched and blasted the glass, whereas I
painted the reverse of the pane with acrylics
and then applied gold leaf. The piece has incredible
depth from an added bottom layer of a mirror.

What truly made the project fun, was the unknown factor.
After a discussion of subject matter, one would take
the piece to start off and create an image. Then in turn, hand
it over to the other to finish off.
