A GREEN DOOR - 6 x 6 pastel

A GREEN DOOR
6" x 6" pastel
glass + gold frame
$275 + $10 insured priority shipping

The day was sunny with clouds floating high
above . . .  a glorious day for an adventure!
And what better place to travel to than the Taos Pueblo
steeped in history, culture and art?

At my destination, I wandered down a dusty path,
with an alley that led to a weathered, green door.
Not permitted to pass, I begun to wonder what
 secrets did that door hold?

How many lives entered . . .
how many smiles glowed . . .
how many tears shed?

Only the door knows.

If neither one of you have ever been to Taos Pueblo, I definitely recommend it. Feel at peace with the Earth there.

BATTLE OF THE BRANDS! CIRCLES + A STAR 6" x 6" pastel 10" square archival white matt, glass + black frame $295 + $15 insured priority shipping Monday is roaring up quickly and you know what that means . . .  Battle of the Brands with donuts and cupcakes! Slinging going on from the East Coast to the West Coast . . .   what a sticky mess! Sure Kelley MacDonald will be slamming me with a jelly donut . . .  or two or three stacked oh, so high!  But wait . . . also Mary Sheehan Winn has jumped into  this ruckus . . .  and shown her sportsmanship but tossing little  munchkins into the ring last week.  What's a gal to do?  I say sit back and catch a couple of these tasty morsels flying bye. Yum!
